基本信息

李普旺,中国热带农业科学院南亚热带作物研究所,研究员,博士、博士生导师,入选海南省高层次拔尖人才、海南省“515人才”工程第三层次人才。主要从事农产品加工与贮藏、农业药米技术与新型投入品的研发、天然橡胶加工等工作。先后主持国家重点研发项目(课题)、国家海洋局海洋经济创新发展示范市建设项目、海南省重大科技计划项目、海南省重点研发计划项目、海南省国际合作项目等省部级科技项目20余项。目前以第一作者和通讯作者在Carbohydrate Polymers,Food Chemistry,International Journal of Biological Macromolecules等国内外期刊共发表科研学术论文70余篇;授权发明专利12件;获海南省科学技术进步二等奖2项、三等奖1项,获湖南省国防科学技术进步三等奖1项,获广东省科技三等奖1项,入选2025全球前2%顶尖科学家榜单。
