朱孝扬,博士,教授,南方园艺产品保鲜教育部工程技术研究中心副主任。法国图卢兹第三大学博士,广东省珠江人才计划-青年拔尖人才。主要从事果蔬采后保鲜技术研发和品质调控机理研究。目前以第一作者和通讯作者在New Phytologist,Journal of Integrative Plant Biology,Plant Biotechnology Journal,Plant Journal,PlantPhysiology, Trends inPlantScience, Plant andCellPhysiology, Journal ofAgricultural andFoodChemistry, Food chemistry, Horticulture research和PostharvestBiology andTechnology等国际知名期刊共发表科研学术论文60多篇,授权发明专利多件。
