At the beginning of the sharing session, counselor Li Mengmeng analyzed in detail the counselor’s professional test preparation experience, from point to point, from what a counselor is, whether the counselor’s job is suitable for me, to the counselor’s written test and interview preparation strategies, and discussed with the classmates present. He shared the whole process of his written test and interview. At the same time, he reminded the students not to blindly choose a counselor position in order to avoid employment pressure, but to have a clear understanding of the counselor position and consider whether they are really suitable. At the same time, the rationality of preparation for the test is also very important. The preparation for the interview should also be carried out at the same time as the written test, which complements each other. The students expressed that they were full of dry goods and actively and humbly asked for advice. The atmosphere of the sharing session was very warm.

In the end, counselor Li Mengmeng said that employment must be in the right attitude of employment, giving yourself more possibilities while preparing for the exam, first finding employment and then choosing a career, and facing the exam with a relatively relaxed mood.
