In order to enable students to further understand the development status and employment trends of my country's industry under the current situation, as well as how to choose and explore future careers, guide students to rationally plan personal careers based on factors such as personal interests, talents, social development needs, and do Find suitable career options. On the afternoon of March 8, the School of Horticulture invited Mr. Li Jiaxin, an alumnus, to give a special workplace awareness lecture for the 2020 students.

Based on his own experience, brother Li Jiaxin told the students about his experience from his first internship in college to entering the society, and shared his gains and experience in the process of growing up: from his internship experience as a tour guide in his freshman year and sophomore year, to the first Once I tried to start an e-commerce business, I was able to analyze the situation in the workplace maturely, and finally found the field and direction that I am good at and interested in. The ups and downs I have experienced are the cornerstone for better development in the future. He also shared the growth formula of learning + imitation + innovation = surpassing, and emphasized that the biggest gain in university is not mastering a certain skill, but the skill of mastering a skill, that is, learning to learn. An important factor that supports us to set sail on the road ahead.

Through this workplace awareness activity, the students have further broadened their horizons, enhanced their interest, and gained a deeper understanding of the workplace, industry, and innovation and entrepreneurship.
