On the afternoon of February 25, a group of 4 people, including Mr. Chen Weiping, assistant to the general manager of GPHL, and Mr. Zheng Rongbo, vice president of Wanglaoji Company of GPHL, went to the School of Horticulture to investigate and communicate, and to discuss litchi scientific research cooperation.

Chen Weiping introduced the general situation, future industrial layout and development plan of GPHL and Wanglaoji Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., and pointed out that he came here after seeing the research results of the lychee innovation team of the School of Horticulture published in the journal Nature Genetics. . Zheng Rongbo put forward the specific needs of litchi scientific research cooperation for Wanglaoji's Li Xiaoji series of new products.

Professor Hu Guibing, Dean of the School of Horticulture, introduced the overall situation of the School of Horticulture, the general situation, historical evolution, personnel composition and related scientific and technological achievements of the Litchi Science and Technology Innovation Team.

Afterwards, the participants had a discussion. The two parties are committed to promoting the continuous research of lychee scientific research projects, solving the consensus problems of the lychee industry, and accelerating the development of the lychee industry in Guangdong. Communication has laid a good foundation for further cooperation in the future.
