  The acceptance team believes that the project has completed the procurement of 17 instruments (sets) in accordance with the requirements of the construction plan, and the instrument bidding, procurement and payment procedures are in compliance with relevant regulations, and all installations are completed and normal use. The accounting, source and use of project funds are in compliance with the provisions of the relevant special funds management measures, there is no illegal use of funds, the accounting content is clear, the financial vouchers are complete, and the accounting is standardized, reflecting the principle of separate accounting and dedicated funds. The laboratory establishes and completes project archives in strict accordance with the relevant national regulations, and organizes archive materials in three categories: early stage of project construction, project construction period, and daily project management. The archives of each link are complete and complete, and the catalog is clear and easy to retrieve. During the implementation of the project, the laboratory undertook 53 national, provincial and ministerial scientific research projects, with a scientific research fund of 25,826,100 yuan; won 10 provincial and ministerial awards; published 34 SCI papers; edited 3 textbooks and monographs ; 14 invention patents were authorized; 15 new varieties were approved, and 1 new plant variety right was obtained; 2 agricultural industry standards were formulated, with remarkable results. The project has completed the construction task and achieved the expected goal, and agreed to pass the acceptance.

  In the future, the key laboratory will continue to adopt the operating mechanism of openness, mobility, alliance, competition, incentives, and innovation, expand opening up, cultivate high-level talents, and strengthen international cooperation and exchanges to enhance overall influence.
