Overview

Department of Biotechnology inHorticultural Plant was founded in Spring, 2003. The department currently has5 faculties, 2 of which are professors, 2 are associate professors. The entire facultyhas Ph.D degree. During the “12th Five-Year” period, the faculty have receivedand completed more than 20 funds from National Natural Science Foundation, theEarmarked Fund for Guangdong Modern Agro-industry Technology Research System,Research Fund for the Doctoral Program of Higher Education of China, NaturalScience Foundation of Guangdong Province, Science and Technology PlanningProject of Guangdong Province, Science and Technology Planning Project ofGuangzhou, etc.
