In order to improve the communication between teachersand students, to help students to obtain employment and promote the growth anddevelopment of the students, the first student growth navigation series salonwas held on the evening of 14th of October.

The young teacher of our college Dr. ShenJiyuan was invited to this salon, and the theme of this salon was “StudyingAbroad and Career Planning”.

During this communicating salon, Dr. Shen firstlyanalyzed the current situation of study abroad, and then he shared hisexperience of studying in the United States, so that the students have acertain understanding of studying abroad. Finally, the topic of salon wascarried out around the career planning of college students. In order to makethe students learn more about career planning and make more reasonable careerplanning, Dr. Shen suggested that the students should identify their ownposition, stick to their own choice and write their own wonderful life story.

The purpose of this salon was to make the students tounderstand that acquire professional knowledge and skill is important for theirfuture career. Students also responded enthusiastically, hoped more and morethese kinds of salons can be held in the future.
